9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

(Note:  You do not need to stay for the entire event.  Stop by any time between the open hours.  Plan for at least one hour to accomplish all tasks.)

This MANDATORY event for all new and returning chorus students is the day to:

  • purchase all of your uniform items

  • complete all required paperwork

  • enter/update contact information into the CHARMS database

  • select your Booster membership

A parent/legal guardian must attend to complete required paperwork and update Charms information.​

Returning students are required to bring/wear their current chorus uniform(s), including proper shoes, to be checked for appearance and proper fit.  Arrangements for alterations can also be made at this time.

Items to purchase include:

  • Concert attire (See price list)

    • Men's tux and ladies' dresses

    • Accessories (ladies)

    • T-shirts (required for trips and other special events)

    • Show Choir attire (Ambassadors and Silhouettes)

      • Garment bags

    • Shoes

  • Booster Club memberships

  • Various BSHS Chorus merchandise


Ladies will be sized for their dress(es) and shoes.

Men will be sized for their tuxedo and shoes.



We will have all necessary forms on hand.  Please note that the Medical Release Form must be notarized.  We will be providing notaries to assist with this form free of charge at RSS.

All items must be purchased at RSS.

We will be accepting cash, checks, and credit/debit cards*. 
*Please note that a convenience fee of $5 will be charged for credit/debit purchases.
